I faced multiple issues . The heating system was faulty, leaving my room uncomfortably cold at night. When I approached the staff for assistance, they seemed indifferent and unhelpful, contributing to my frustration. To make matters worse, the hotel wifi was slow, a major inconvenience.

The room had a balcony with an inner courtyard view and a fridge. It was super spacious with a walk-in shower. Loved the hardwood floors and how quiet it was. Enjoyed the fitness center too. Staff was great, really helpful in making our stay comfy and enjoyable. Perfect location, just a nice stroll away from the city center.

Recommend it for relaxation seekers
The views were amazing, looking over the Danube and it really was a sight to wake up to each morning. The staff were really good, even upgraded us to a balcony room without us asking, really felt special.
It wasn't cheap, but considering the experience, it was still reasonable.
